Born in San Diego, California, attended high-school at Father Duenas Memorial High School in Guam, USA, and graduated with a degree in Associate of Arts, Management, Los Angeles Valley College, Business Administration, Marketing, from California State University, Los Angeles and obtained his Ryan Designated Subject Teaching Credential at University of California, Los Angeles.  Randy has been a Maui Resident since 1996 after relocating from Los Angeles, and Full-Time Realtor since 1997
