Randy was recommended to us by the Keller William’s office as the best and most experienced realtor on Maui. He did not disappoint. I found Randy to be innovative in his approach to getting as much foot and social media traffic as possible. All realtors use open houses, fliers, and MLS. Randy added Facebook, Zillow, Truila, and other social media outlets for virtual open houses. Our eventual buyer used one of these social outlets versus the traditional ones. His advice was great. We followed to the letter advice on staging, removing clutter, and the curb side appeal. We sold within three weeks with a nearly full match offer. No complaints all praise. Thank you Randy!
